On the course
Acceptable for men:
Smart golf apparel.
Shirts with collars and sleeves; golf wear without a collar; roll-neck sweaters;
Tailored shorts of any length may be worn. Non-denim trousers.
Studded footwear approved for golf.
Unacceptable for men:
T-shirts; football/rugby shirts; shirts without collars or sleeves (with the exception noted above);
Shirts with dominant or offensive slogans.
Sports or beach shorts; Bermuda shorts; blue denim jeans; track suits, jogging pants, ski pants;
combat trousers/shorts; trousers/shorts with external side pockets.
Trousers tucked into socks unless specifically design to be worn this way.
Shirts worn outside of trousers/shorts. No socks
Acceptable for ladies:
Shirts/blouses with collars, polo neck and turtle neck shirts.
Non-denim trousers, tailored shorts and tailored three-quarter length trousers.
Roll-neck sweaters. Studded footwear approved for golf.
Unacceptable for ladies:
T-shirts; football/rugby shirts; shirts with dominant or offensive slogans.
Sports or beach shorts; Bermuda shorts; blue denim; track suits, jogging pants,
ski pants; combat trousers; trousers with external side pockets.
In the clubhouse
Members and guests are required to dress smartly in golf wear, casual or formal attire
when using the clubhouse however No blue denim or training shoes may be worn.
Men must wear socks at all times.
These requirements may be varied at the discretion of the Management Committee and/or the Captain on formal or semi-formal occasions.
Please note that the club reserves the right to exclude from the course or clubhouse anyone wilfully in breach of the above codes.
