Helpers Evening update
At the Helpers Evening held a few days ago in the Clubhouse, The Planning Group was delighted to welcome over 40 members willing to help in a variety of ways with the work needing to be done for the transition and beyond.
Following an introduction from Jim Jacobs, an informal session took place where ideas and contact details were exchanged. Offers of helped are wide-ranging, from assisting with Juniors' events, to building walls, fences and bridges. Several members are prepared to roll up their sleeves as labourers. We received apologies from several other members who want to help but were unable to join us last night.
