Dear Sirs

I recently had the opportunity to play your course, along with two of your members.

I have to say that it was an absolute pleasure to tackle what is by no means an easy challenge.

The greens were remarkably true and manicured, which, given the recent weather, I thought was a testament to your ground staff and they are to be complimented.

With the narrowish fairways it took all of my limited skill to stay in play (not always) but with the condition of both fairways and rough it gave every one a fair chance.

I have played many courses around Leicestershire and have yet to find a more welcoming clubhouse.

I very much look forward to playing there again if only for the chance to better my score on such a picturesque track.

Kind regards
